RW Stearns specializes in employment-related research and has the ability to develop effective solutions for your technical recruiting needs. We are neither an "Employment Agency" nor do we charge commissions. We offer a variety of specialized services, including Custom Research, Profiling Services and Database Solutions.

Custom Research is the most comprehensive approach to filling your unique employment needs. First we analyze the job requirements of your position(s) and develop a research strategy that includes a list of relevant companies to research. Our specialized research tools enable us to provide you with a complete list of companies that employ the people with your required skill sets.

Next, we review the selected companies with you and determine which ones you would like us to research. If you have specific firms in mind, we will include them as well. Our expertise is applied to help ensure that the final companies selected for research are the most likely to yield interested candidates. This may depend on factors such as technology focus, reorganizations, market shifts, company stock prices and industry acquisitions. Finally, we begin the research process, where we identify the specific individuals from the selected target companies who possess the required skills.

Our custom research fees are project-based - we do not bill by the hour. You receive a detailed proposal prior to our initiation of the project.

Our Profiling Services include the development of potential candidates identified through our custom research services. During this stage, we contact and present your job opportunity, create a candidate profile and pre-screen all potential candidates. Each potential candidate is then ranked according to their interest in the job opportunity provided.

Database Solutions consist of people qualified for your position taken from our database of over a half-million professionals. This is the most cost and time-effective service if your needs can be met with information already in our database.
