Four-step method to getting started
1. Send us your position requirements or arrange a meeting where we can
come to you to discuss your needs. You can simply send a job specification via e-mail or fax,
or direct us to a job posting on your corporate website.
2. We will review your requirements and contact you to discuss possible
strategies. If we mutually feel that our services are needed, we will send you a
proposal that outlines the agreed upon strategy. The proposal will include a
functional description of the people we are seeking for your position(s), companies where
we expect to find them along with time and cost estimates. There is no cost or
obligation for this - you review and approve the proposal before we get started.
3. If we feel that we have people with the skills you need in our database of nearly
a half-million candidates, we may send you some profiles for your review. There is
no cost for this... you pick only the candidates that interest you.
4. If you have any questions about our services, please feel free to contact one of
our friendly staff members, who will be happy to provide you with additional details.
We are not an "Employment Agency," nor do we charge commissions for our services.
